Reports say each member is responsible for shared quota in proportion, so Germany will take 4-5 billion euro with the help of KfW. The aid will be provided in the form of credit loans (or to be guaranteed), but Germany holds on to contract with Greece borrower in restrictions. Just at the breakout of debt crisis, German ruler intended to plan financial aid to help Greece, although it looked reluctant, in form, to do so.

At present, it is still serious in the debt crisis; the Greece government will extend refunding by 20 billion euro debt, but its narrowing of spread between Germany sees stabled trend recently.

The elimination of deficits has been strongly opposed by Greece society these days, exampled by the strike held from the customs staffs which resulted in shortage of oils by crashes of numbered seaports, autos have to queue up to pump oil. It’s said the strike will last for weeks to join nation-wide strike against reduction of budget.
