Europe advocating the “economic construction-government”
It eventually gives rise to suspicions about the structure of EU as euro crisis comes to emerge from the expansion of Greek debt tragedy. German financial minister said yesterday that in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Europe it should introduce an “economic construction-government” in order to coordinate local economic policies, and to create useful measures ensuring stable growth in this district. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Analyst says Schaeuble, the minster, gave the remarks because of some European country members violating the stipulation by the EU, when regardless of each country’s budget should not exceed 3 percent of its GDP. It is noted that in euro –zone there is no a unified sector manipulating the budget of each member. For years they are persisting in the constraint of 3 percent GDP or less, but it sees no effectiveness and the constraint will diminishes recently.
German noted economist Starbatty says it is really a mistake at the beginning to form euro-zone, evidences showing that Greece had to meet the unified standards in providing false data.
Fitch Ratings indicates the aid is positive to the Greece crisis from EU and IMF, but eventually it depends on the tightened budget policy made by Greek government.
