Loosened-control, the core of trade balance

Commercial minister Chen Deming indicates trade control presents the essence of trade balance, which has got in the way of business between the two sides of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />China and US. He hopes that America gives up its discriminatory measures towards China.

 Adhering to its Export Administration Act on 1979, US government has ever practiced controlling policy to China, who being designated especially in 2007, have to abandon US products as 47 projects including aircraft engine prohibited exporting to China.

The issue of “export control” has become mutual concerns since the start of May. The Secretary of Commerce Luo Jiahui, in his public speech before visiting China, said US has been reviewing its export control of high-tech products towards China, and the mater has repeatedly mentioned during his visit, as  US is highly expected  to take substantial measures in this respect.

Analysts point out America is longing to stir up its economy by expansion of export, so as to double its export volume till the end of 2015, according to Obama’ policy put forward at the beginning of the year in boosting export.
